Paver and natural stone patios that stay flat, winter after winter.
A patio is only as good as what's under it. We dig out, lay and compact a real base, then set Belgard, Unilock or bluestone so frost heave doesn't undo the work. Add a fire pit, seat walls or granite steps and it's the room you'll use most from May to October.

Cook outside without running back to the house.
Grill islands, bars and fireplaces, faced in fieldstone or stone veneer with granite tops. We lay them out around how you cook and host: where the grill goes, where people sit, where the TV can see the whole patio.

03Plunge pools
Design your plunge pool online. We'll build the backyard around it.
A plunge pool fits yards a full-size pool never could. Pick the size, finish and features in the online designer and send it to us. We handle the site prep, install and the paver deck, coping and plantings that finish it.

- 2Send it over. We visit, measure and quote the whole project.
- 3We build it. Excavation, install, deck and landscaping, one crew.

M&M is owner-run out of Danvers. Mike grew up around here, so he knows the ledge, the clay, and what a Massachusetts winter does to a patio that wasn't built right. When you call, you're talking to the guy whose name is on the truck.

We walk the yard with you
Grade, drainage, access, sun, how you want to use the space. We measure while we're there.
- Step two
You get a written quote
Materials, layout and price in plain terms, with options if you want to phase the work.
- Step three
We build it and clean up
Excavation to final sweep. We haul debris away and leave the lawn around it seeded.
