Beverly's wetlands regulations keep 25 feet next to a wetland fully undisturbed and bar most structures within 50 feet. Near the Bass River, Chubbs Brook or the coast, we map those lines before designing.

Within 25 feet of a wetland, no disturbance of any kind: no grading, landscaping, vegetation removal, pruning, filling, excavation or driveway building.

Within 50 feet, most buildings and structures are prohibited. Around vernal pools, the whole 100 feet is no-disturbance. Waivers can be requested.
