25-foot no-disturb policy
No construction within 25 feet of a wetland or bank, and 'construction' explicitly includes pools, walls, sport courts, decks, driveways, clearing and grading. Work in the 100-foot buffer must leave 25 feet of natural vegetation next to the wetland.
