01What we seal
Any paver surface that's looking tired.
Sun fades pavers, and weeds and moss take over the joints. Sealing slows all of that down and makes the surface easier to clean. We seal patios and walks we built, and ones we didn't.

02The process
Clean it, fix the joints, then seal.
Sealer only looks as good as what's under it. Most of the work is the prep.
- Deep clean
- Wash out dirt, moss and staining so the sealer bonds to clean paver.
- Re-sand the joints
- Fill the joints with fresh sand, often polymeric sand, which hardens and resists weeds.
- Reset where needed
- Lift and reset any pavers that have settled or heaved before sealing over them.
- Seal
- Apply sealer in the right weather so it cures clear, with the finish you pick.

Excavation to final sweep. We haul debris away and leave the lawn around it seeded.

How often should pavers be sealed?
Every few years, depending on how much sun and traffic they get. Driveways and full-sun patios usually need it sooner than shaded walks.
Will sealing make my pavers shiny?
Only if you want it to. Sealers come in natural (matte) and wet-look finishes. We'll show you the difference.
Does sealing stop weeds?
It helps a lot. Fresh polymeric sand in the joints plus sealer makes it much harder for weeds and ants to get established.
Can you seal pavers someone else installed?
Yes. If any pavers have sunk or lifted, we'll fix those first so we're not sealing a problem in place.
